Bio:

Born in the early 80’s and with more than 15 years djing, Raul is currently one of the leading techno producers of the electronic spanish scene. Since he began in 1995 he has developed his techno style, but also opened his mind to different music genre. Raul releases different styles of tracks going from hardgroove (his favorite) to minimal techno or tech house. In 2009 he became a resident at FLORIDA 135 in Fraga and from there the success story begun. He won that same year, the Beatport Music Awards 2009 for best hard techno track. His techno-hardgroove productions are made of strong and powerful sound with a classy touch of tribal elements, funky and disco. He started producing in 2005 and he’s currently editing on his own record label Laktic-rec, with 7 records released so far. Besides his label, he often releases on the best labels of the techno market: Patterns, Pseries, Phot, Adult Records, Relatives Records, Cobra Records, Audio Family Records. In the booth Raul plays a mixture of old school techno and the freshest electronic sounds. He has been inspired by techno artists such Ben Sims, Joey Beltram, The Advent, Bryan Cox, Dj Sneak…He says that his style is made of a little bit of each of these big time Djs.

ElRow, based in the ever growing electronic hub of Barcelona, is the brainchild of the organisers of Europe's only desert festival, Monegros, and owners of the acclaimed techno club Florida 135. Attracting stellar line ups including Luciano, Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice and Tiga and a beautiful, up for it crowd, it's fast becoming known as the new DC10 to those in the know. Every Sunday morning more than 5000 clubbers religiously attend ElRow where these 6 resident djs keep them all dancing ‘til the very last second the club is open (and more).
